This section covers the preliminary stages of my drawings; I don’t really put much effort into this stage as I will be spending hours, if not days, in Photoshop so I only do very basic images to start with. Most of the time the image will most likely change as I progress in Photoshop.

Before computers came along I used to spend days and even weeks locked away doing pencil drawings. Now that technology is a part of our everyday lives, I tend to spend weeks in front of the computer. Computer graphic (CG) images are much more versatile and easier to manipulate; don’t get me wrong! artists put just as much effort into CG images as they do pencil/oils/acrylics/pastels images, if not more. -- KPR
